About Me

Welcome!

I’m Susan Lowe, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. I support women and birthing individuals through life’s unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and major transitions, especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and new parenthood.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or alone, know that you don’t have to face it by yourself. Life can bring more than we expect, and having a safe, supportive space to process it all can make a world of difference.

My approach is holistic and culturally sensitive, honoring your background and values. Together, we’ll work toward healing, clarity, and practical steps to help you move forward with peace and resilience.

What to Expect

  • Initial Sessions: We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, what matters most to you, and the goals you want to achieve.

  • Practical Support: Together, we’ll create strategies to help you manage life’s challenges with greater balance and connection.

What Makes My Practice Unique?

I bring diverse experience from working in community mental health, domestic violence support, and substance abuse treatment. This allows me to offer a personalized approach tailored to your needs, celebrating your individuality and strengths.

Let’s Take the First Step

If you’re ready to explore therapy, I’m here to guide and support you on your journey toward empowerment, balance, and joy. You don’t have to do this alone—let’s start today.
