Counseling for Women & Birthing People in California

Hello, I am Susan Lowe, a Licensed Marriage, and Family Therapist and Perinatal Mental Health Certified professional. I offer individualized therapy both virtually and in person for individuals residing in California. In-person sessions are available in Riverside, CA. My practice focuses on supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and significant life transitions, with a special emphasis on perinatal and postpartum challenges. I'm here to remind you that you are not alone and that you don't have to suffer in silence or pretend everything is fine. My approach is culturally inclusive, prioritizing the wellness of Black, Native/Indigenous, and communities of color.

In addition to individual therapy, I lead postpartum support groups and offer consultancy services, professional development workshops, and training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of other professionals in the field.
