Supportive Counseling for Women and New Parents in California
Welcome
Welcome! I’m Susan Lowe, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) professional. I offer both virtual and in-person therapy for adults throughout California, with in-person sessions available in Riverside, CA. My practice supports individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions, with a special focus on perinatal and postpartum mental health.

You don’t have to face these challenges alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or struggling with postpartum adjustments, I am here to listen and help you find meaningful ways to heal. My approach is culturally inclusive, centering the wellness of Black, Native/Indigenous, and communities of color. Together, we’ll explore ways to manage life’s challenges and move toward a place of peace, balance, and growth.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer:
-
Postpartum support groups for those seeking community and connection during a pivotal life stage.
-
Consulting, workshops, and professional training for mental health professionals, particularly in perinatal and multicultural mental health.
-

Are you ready to take the next step? Let’s work together to create a therapeutic experience that truly honors your unique journey. Contact me to schedule a session and begin your path toward healing toda
